New Features and Improvements

  • An easy-to-use property search wizard has been added, simplifying greatly the creation of filter rules for the most common property searches.
  • Word processor documents can now be saved as Microsoft Word 2007 (.docx) files.
  • Added Go to property and Go to owner commands to Sales and Rentals toolbars.
  • Added Floor and Levels property filter rules.
  • Printing and 'Copy & Paste' operations for all grids can be disabled in the user group permissions (only applies to Professional Edition).
  • Added activity reminder/alarm function (see Related Articles below for usage instructions).
  • Backup files can now be protected with a password.
  • Backup files can now be checked for their integrity after performing backup and before performing a restore.
  • Documents attached to contacts, properties and activities can now be easily sent via email.

Corrected Problems

  • Removing a property from the Rentals selection sometimes caused an unhandled exception.
  • Fixed several problems with links in word processor.

Other Changes

  • When creating a backup, it now possible to exclude all document data to reduce the size of the backup file.
  • Minor improvements to backup and restore performance.
  • Added Available From and Available To columns to all property grids (the columns are hidden by default).
  • Added Up/Down buttons to control the order of selected properties in Sales and Rentals sections.
  • Some minor user interface improvements and corrections.
