Specify property search profiles for a contact

Introduction

This article explains how specify search profiles for contacts that are used for contact-to-properties and property-to-contacts matching.

Instructions

Start RealtyWare and open a database.
Locate the contact in the Contacts section.
Select Search Profiles on the left navigation bar.
Click on the + sign on the Search Profiles toolbar to create a new search profile for this contact.
Enter a meaningful description for the search profile in the Name/Description field (e.g. summer residence first line beach).
Add multilpe filter rules that specify what the contact is looking for by clicking on the Add Rule button and adjusting each rule.

Notes:

Each contact can have an unlimited number of different search profiles (e.g. one for a country house and another one for a beach apartment).

Each search profile can have an unlimited number of filter rules.
