Reassign activities to a different contact or user
Introduction
Starting with version 2.3.0 of RealtyWare, it is possible to reassign activities to different contacts and users. This can useful, for example, in case staff changes occur within your company.
Instructions
- Locate the contact/user that is currently assigned to the activities you wish to reassign.
- Open the Activities/History list.
- Filter the activities list so that only the activities that should be reassigned are displayed. I.e. in most cases you want to reassign the pending activities that start after a certain date.
- Click on the Reassign... button on the activities/history toolbar.
- Confirm that you want to reassign the currently displayed activities.
- Select the contact/user to whom the activities should be reassigned.
- Click on OK.
