Property-to-contacts matching

Introduction

This article describes how to perform a property-to-contacts matching to find potential buyers for a given property.

Instructions

Start RealtyWare and open a database.
Locate the property in the Properties section.
Open the Properties menu and select Find Matching Contacts for Current Property.
RealtyWare will display all potential customers for this property in the Contacts section.

Notes:

This function is available in RealtyWare 2.2.0 and later.

To use this functions, you must first have entered the property Search Profiles for the contacts (see Related Articles below).
