Import contacts from Microsoft Outlook

Introduction

Starting with version 2.4.0 of RealtyWare, contacts can be directly imported from Microsoft Outlook.

Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select (highlight) the contacts you wish to import (tip: to select all contacts, open the Edit menu and click on Select All).
3. Start RealtyWare and open a database.
4. Open the Tools menu, Import and select Contacts from Microsoft Outlook....
5. Confirm that you have selected in Microsoft Outlook all contacts that you wish to import by clicking on OK.
