Duplicate a property

Introduction

RealtyWare version 2.1.0 introduced a function to duplicate an entire property record. This article describes how to use this function.

Instructions

Follow these steps to duplicate a property record:

1. Start RealtyWare and open a database.
2. Select Properties on the navigation bar and go to the property you wish to duplicate.
3. Open the Properties menu and select Duplicate Property.
4. Once the property has been duplicated, assign a new reference number to the duplicate.

Notes:

• All property details except the activities/history, address/location and documents are duplicated by this function.
• All information is copied, meaning the duplicated property is completely independent from the original property. Any changes to the duplicated (e.g. adding or removing pictures) property will not affect the original property.
• The function is available in version 2.1.0 and later.
