Contact-to-properties matching

Introduction

This article describes how to perform a contact-to-properties matching to find potential properties for a given contact/customer.

Instructions

1. Start RealtyWare and open a database.
2. Locate the contact in the Contacts section.
3. Select Search Profiles on the left navigation bar.
4. Select a search profile or create a new one (see Related Articles below).
5. Click on Matching and select one of the three options:
   
   
   • Available Sales will display all properties that are available for sale and match the search profile.
   • Available Rentals will display all properties that are available for rental and match the search profile.
   • All Properties will display all properties that match the search profile, regardless of their the availability.
