You must install a default printer before you can print, preview or save a document.

Symptoms

You receive the following error message when you try to print, preview or save a document:

Cause

No default printer is installed or the default printer configuration is corrupted. You must install a printer driver before you can print, preview or save any document in RealtyWare.

Solution

You have several options to choose from the solve this issue:

Download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0. Part of the the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 is the virtual Microsoft XPS printer, which will be installed automatically.

Obtain and install a printer by following the instructions provided by your printer's documentation and/or operating system.

Install a dummy printer or any other virtual printer driver.
