Symptoms

When you start RealtyWare, you receive the following error message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Cause

The Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed.

Solution

Download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
