Run the installer
A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called 'RealtyWare Setup.exe'. Click 'Run' or, alternatively, click 'Save' and, once the download has been completed, then 'Open'.
You might see a confirmation message asking if you're sure you want to run this software. Click 'Run' again.

Follow the Setup Wizard
Once the download has finished, the RealtyWare Setup Wizard will appear and guide you through the rest of the installation. The setup program will automatically download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework if required.

Launch RealtyWare
After the installation has finished, you can open RealtyWare at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or in your 'Start' menu. When prompted, select a database file to open.
