Website integration and property upload

Publishing your properties on your website is very easy with RealtyWare. While RealtyWare is a desktop software, and as such does not depend on your website or the Internet, it allows you to directly upload your properties to multiple websites and property portals as XML feeds. Whenever you have listed any new properties or changed existing ones, you just need to click on a button to update your website.

RealtyWare does not force you to rent a specific on-line service for your property database. You are free to choose whatever ISP, web designer and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies suit your needs best. Also, you can choose the right technologies and tools for your website, including PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET and AJAX. We also offer ProperWeb, a real estate website service that can be fully integrated with RealtyWare.

The properties are directly upload to your web site as standard XML feeds, your web designer just needs to import them into a database or a Content Management System (CMS). The website then generates dynamic pages that allow visitors search and view your properties.
