Customization

Many aspects are highly customizable, ensuring that RealtyWare adapts to your needs and way of working:

• Reporting and templates: Comprehensive report and template design interfaces allow you to create new reports and templates, or adapt existing ones.
• Unlimited number of currencies with automatic updates over the Internet.
• Freely customizable pre-defined property characteristics, such as property types, features and views.
• Unlimited contact and property groups, organized in a tree-like structure.

Import & Export

RealtyWare includes built-in functions to import contacts from Microsoft Outlook and CSV (Microsoft Excel) files. You can also export any lists generated by RealtyWare as CSV files. Furthermore, reports and templates can be exported as PDF, DOC (Microsoft Word 97-2003), DOCX (Microsoft Word 2007), JPEG and HTML files. Custom import and export scripts are available on request.

Matching

An unlimited number of customer preferences can be stored and matched against  all available properties. A customer looking for several properties can have a set of dedicated preferences for each.

• Find all matching properties.
• Find all potential customers for a property listing.
• Generate mail-merges (emails or letters) targeting potential customers.
• Generate personalized emails or PDFs with full details and color pictures of matching properties.

Sales & Rentals

RealtyWare is designed for property sales, long-term rentals and short-term/holiday rentals. Specific functions for holiday rentals include calendars and multiple prices with date ranges for each property.

Mail Merges

The powerful mail merge function allows you to email or print automated mass mailings. Mail merges are composed of a base template and an unlimited numbers of reports and attachments. When sending out emails, these are formatted as rich HTML documents and delivered directly through your SMTP server.

User Security and Permissions

In multi-users scenarios, you can assign specific permissions to each user, preventing your staff to, for example, make copies of your data or bulk-copy contact lists. Also, only administrators can delete contacts and properties, limiting the potential damage a user can cause.

Publish Property Listings on Your Website

RealtyWare has a powerful property upload function that allows you to publish your properties on any website or property portal. Property listings are uploaded as standard XML files; these then just need to be integrated into your website.

International Marketplace

RealtyWare has been designed specifically for international and multilingual estate agents:

• Manage and offer your property listing in over 50 languages.

Centralized Repository

RealtyWare acts as a single, central repository for all your business data. All users have access to all information:

• Contacts, properties, groups, addresses, relations and customer profiles.
• Attached documents.
• Activities, schedules, calendars and histories.

Furthermore, any information introduced into RealtyWare is copied and stored in a central database. Original files can safely deleted, eliminating clutter and communication overhead.
